Well I heard last friday that the teacher said to my classmate that there are adverbs clauses of viewpoint and commenting that are not included in our book because they are a different kind of adverb, so I decided to reasearch a little bit more about it. I hope that It will be interesting.

Viewpoint and Commenting Adverbs

A viewpoint Adverb generally comes after a noun and is related to an adjective that precedes that noun:

1. A successful athletic team is often a good team scholastically.
2. Investing all our money in snowmobiles was probably not a sound idea financially.

You will sometimes hear a phrase like "scholastically speaking" or "financially speaking" in these circumstances, but the word "speaking" is seldom necessary.

Meaning (1) ._ indicate our attitude or our opinion of what is said

For Example:

1. Claudio was talking seriously to Marco about killing Montesinos.
2. Sadly, Marco's fear caused him to kill Montesinos.
3. Surprisingly, Marco became sensitive after he killed Montesinos.

Meaning (2) ._ Some comment adverbs show our jugdment of someone's action

For Exxample:

1. Panchito wrongly shot his second wife.
2. Kindly, Mario gave advice to Panchito's second wife when his mother died.
3. People wisely told the village people to wait until night time to collect the locust.

Meaning (3) ._ To indicate how likely we think something is

For Example:

1. Probably, Mario likes Rosita more than his own son.
2. Bush shows his good spirit, apparently.
3. People in China certainly have strong belief in chi, the personal God.
